Pharmacy Refills

Routine refills are processed by phone or internet only. You may call the automated telephone refill system or use the Internet refill system to refill your prescriptions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be sure to have the last four of the sponsor’s social security number and prescription number on hand when using either of the refill systems.

Ordering Your Refills Via The Internet

To use the internet refill system, click here and follow the menu prompts.

  1. Step 1 - Select the prescription option refill prescription
  2. Step 2 - Please enter the last four digits of your sponsor's social security number
  3. Step 3 - Enter only the numeric portion of your prescription number (found in the upper left-hand corner on the prescription label)
  4. Step 4 - Select a refill prescription pick-up location
  5. Step 5 - Submit your request!

Ordering Your Refills Via The Telephone

  1. Step 1 - Select the site where you want to pick-up your prescriptions
  2. Step 2 - Press 1 for a refill
  3. Step 3 - Enter the last four digits of your sponsor's social security number followed by the pound (#) key
  4. Step 4 - Enter the numeric portion (only) of your presecription number (found in the upper left-hand corner on the prescription label) followed by the pound (#) key
  5. Step 5 - Listen to the message verifying when you prescription will be ready. If you do not hear this portion of the recording, your attempt to refill your prescription by phone was not successful and you will need to start at Step 1 again
  6. Step 6 - Visit the pharmacy you selected during normal duty hours with the ID card of the patient to pick up your prescription(s)

Pharmacy ID Card Policy

It is necessary to provide the military ID card of the patient (if 10 years old or older), or a current copy of the ID card, when obtaining a prescription at any military pharmacy or TRICARE Retail Network Pharmacy to help establish eligibility and authorization. It is permissible for military ID cards to be photocopied (front & back) to assist in eligibility verification and for the purpose of rendering care.
