The Military Health System began mailing its patients Joint Outpatient Experience Surveys in June. JOES, which replaces the Army Provider Level Satisfaction Survey (APLSS), is a single survey for all military treatment facilities across the services. It will combine and standardize methods used to learn about beneficiary healthcare experiences with the goal of making them better.
